We collect anonymized usage statistics with Vercel Web Analytics to improve the site. The service does not use cookies or store identifiable data. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).

When you create an account we store your email address and optional profile details so the service can function. The legal basis is the contract with you (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)). Data is kept until you delete your profile or one year after your last login.

We store your preferred language so we can show the interface and send emails in your language. The legal basis is the contract with you (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).

You may optionally provide country, city or address. We use this only to show an anonymous map of users (no exact address or identification). The legal basis is your consent or our legitimate interest (GDPR art. 6(1)(a) or (f)).

We set a strictly necessary language cookie (user_lang) that stores your chosen interface language for one year so the site can display in your language. Signing in sets essential authentication cookies that keep your session active and are removed when you sign out. We use no tracking or advertising cookies, so no consent banner is required under the Electronic Communications Act §3-15.
